We recently worked with Deb Marzano of Compass Real Estate to sell our home. and we could not have been more pleased with the experience. Deb was wonderful to work with. She started by getting to know us and our goals and expectations. She gathered data to support her recommendations on marketing and pricing and she introduced us to professionals who performed the myriad of jobs we needed to get done before listing. I would highly recommend David Kyle. The DMV Closer was able to get me 15K over asking price and was only on the market for 5 days. His staging team was awesome as well! My house looked better staged then when I lived there. :).
